At Research Inspired CIC, we create opportunities that make a lasting impact. We work with school students from backgrounds that are underrepresented in science — including girls, gender minorities, and students from lower-income families — helping them to access opportunities in STEM. We also support teachers in schools with high numbers of underserved students or limited subject-specialist staff, strengthening their ability to inspire and guide the next generation. At the same time, our programmes enhance the skills of STEM, higher education, and research professionals, while promoting long-term diversity and embedding best practice across the wider UK research community.
